7 days ago, I suggested in a post that a better question than “𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘮𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺?” is “𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘰?” And I figured this had some people wondering “well wouldn’t that approach dilute the originality of my story and undermine my identity?”⁣ ⁣ LOL listen here, friend. I’m not suggesting that you sell your soul for Instagram likes and comments. What I’m saying is you need to be intentional about telling your story in a way that takes into account the fact that you’re not the end consumer. Just keep that in mind when you tell your story, that’s all.⁣ ⁣ The people want to be fed yeah, but they want to eat what they want to eat, not what you feel like cooking. This is not about you. Don’t serve pounded yam to people that want small chops, and then try to explain to them why they should eat it just because you spent all night preparing it. No one cares!⁣ ⁣ Everyone who’s listening to you cares about themselves more than they care about you, so don’t talk at them. Speak to them. If you want to be heard, learn to listen. There is an art to pulling people into your story without taking them out of theirs, and it can be learned.⁣ ⁣ Register for @theboosteracademy NOW. I know you’ve heard about us, you’ve been seeing the testimonials. Doubtful? Search the hashtag #instaboosteracademy and DM any stranger & ask them about their experience.⁣ ⁣ P.S. we’re a school. This means we’re not open all through the year. We’re taking a long summer break soon. Join us soon. Link⁣ in bio. Any questions about the IBA?
